Unfortunately , our phones are currently down again. Again, we are working hard to get them back up and running.

UPDATE:

As you may be aware, we encountered an unexpected technical issue that temporarily affected our phone systems. Our IT company worked many long hours to resolve the issue, and I am pleased to inform you that our phone services are now fully restored. Equipment has been replaced to ensure stability.

During this time, we understand that communication is vital, and we want to thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Also, I want to thank everyone with an extra thank you to the Employee Care Partners on the cottages for their patience and cooperation with the extra wellness checks through this very trying outage of our phone system. Everyone had an involvement in the support of the phones being down. So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!!!!!
