Some of you know exactly where you’re headed. Some of you don’t. Both are okay.

Life won’t always follow the timeline you imagined, but that doesn’t mean it won’t become beautiful in ways you never expected.

Be brave enough to try. Humble enough to learn. Kind enough to leave people better than you found them.

Feeling grateful today for the incredible women I get to work beside every day.

Last October I made the move to Gasoline Alley Wellness and honestly forgot how much I missed being part of a community like this.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I’m feeling really grateful to work alongside these amazing ladies.

✨ Dr. Rachel – always sharing her chiropractic knowledge and helping me treat my clients to the best of my ability.

✨ Bre from Essence – keeping us glowing with amazing skincare, treatments, and products.

✨ Taylor, my favourite psychologist – down to earth, real, and armed with a wicked sense of humor. Her bark really has no bite lol.

Working beside women who support each other and genuinely care about what they do makes this place pretty special.

And I’m grateful every day that I get to help people feel better in their bodies through massage.
