We are a wee bit different at Love|Yoga|Grace - we've been physically distanced for years! Class sizes are very small (maximum 10 people) but the community we are creating is BIG! I have been inspired by these words more than once in the last 10+ years of life... and they've always given me the courage to take risks, be brave & throw s**t at the wall to see what sticks šŸ¤£

So, if you're feeling a bit stuck or scared or uncertain? It May sound strange but starting something new, like, I dunno... Yoga? It sends all sorts of signals to your brain & nervous system that you've done something exciting ~ even if you were a bit afraid ~ and then it boosters your confidence to do more things... ready... or not šŸ˜‰

Yoga in September!

Cost: $130.00 for 6 classes

This class is a Strength & Calm combo (1/2 regular Yoga and 1/2 deep stretch). It is absolutely ideal for beginners or someone who just enjoys a slower paced class that leaves room to explore, breathe and heal.

I know our new Yoga home did not compare to this sweet space BUT I felt the energy of these 2 little orbs in the meeting hall of St. Luke's on many occasions.

We have to move to a new spot for a little while & to a new day.... Wednesdays at 5:30 to 6:30 starting July 29 to August 26. $105.00 ... I am happy to pro-rate for $25/session.

UPDATE: 3 SPOTS LEFT!

Well... hello...

I received a notification today that it's been 386 days since I've posted here ~ that's a very, very, long time considering I posted nearly EVERY day for TEN years. Owning a small business is hard y'all... owning a small business & surviving a s**t-storm? Nearly impossible.

So, what's the story? Well, life got hard... and then it got harder... and then it got so unbelievably f@*king hard I'm even still a little dumbstruck by it.

It has come to my attention recently that even though I very quietly closed the Studio last year (not quiet on purpose, literally lacked the bandwidth to even bother posting about it) some of the digital platforms I used are still functioning in some capacity... God knew I wasn't done.

Just a couple of weeks ago I put out some feelers to bring our Community back together & the response was so moving and inspiring to me. I am offering a 6 week series which will start on May 28 for $130 (the pro-rated fee is $25/class). Send me a text at (403) 598-6175 if you would like to join us. There are only 4 spots left (I can't hold any spots without payment starting today).

I'm so excited to gather our Community together again. I hope you can join us. Oh yeah, the class is 50/50. Half Hatha and half Yin.

When you enter Maccu Piccu from the Sungate you then walk down 10,000 miles of uneven stone stairs to get to the ruins (my knees & toes are still recovering, I swear).

We stopped at the stone in this photo Pachamama (mother earth) & said a prayer of gratitude to Her. I was struck by the fact that it looks like she is crying - It was a moment of my life I will never forget.

I'm not what you would call a tree-hugger I suppose but I am most definitely a woman that is deeply connected to the Goddess that gives all life - our Earth. Everyday I am looking for the blessings in this chaos & I feel humanity returning to this connection too.
