It’s September and we survived August! Back in Novemberish when all the repeat clients started to roll in for August, we became a tiny bit nervous. Jenn and Kayla were on their own (we each take a month off in the summer) and luckily Taby was starting with us and was able to cover our back ups! In August Jenn had 8 babies and Kayla had 10, Taby covered the majority of our home birth back ups and our lovely RNs on the labour and delivery unit covered most of our hospital birth back ups.

Tis the season of giving! We are running a food bank drive over the next month (until January 10th). As food bank use has greatly increased over this past year, let’s help out our community. Unopened baby items such as formula, wipes, diapers, creams etc are also accepted. There will be a donation box in the waiting room. If your midwife is seeing you for home visits they will also gladly bring your items to the clinic. You can also make a monetary donation at https://www.reddeerfoodbank.com/fund-raising. Thanks for your help and Happy Holidays!
