Huge thanks again to for letting me be a part of this amazing race weekend! Loved chatting with you all and enjoying the pre-race excitement.

Since moving to Red Deer 4 years ago and meeting (group in the 3rd photo), the running community has been just amazing! You guys welcomed me and I'm blessed to be able to give back a little. It always brings a little extra joy to my heart when new people join our running groups or meet each other at races because it's all about community!

Happy International Women's Day!! The Chiropractic Association of Alberta and Raintree Wealth Management invited a few female chiropractors in Alberta to the Women in Wealth Gala last night. We had a lovely time meeting other awesome women and listened to inspiring talks from and .carey. It was a great reminder to BRING THE JOY!!

Jessica had a great idea for an "evidence bank" where you write down good things that happened or accomplishments on a sticky note and put them in a mason jar. Because so many times, we get down on ourselves or only focus on the negative and forget the good things that have happened.

Starting tomorrow, you'll find a mason jar in our Gasoline Alley Wellness office. Feel free to add to the jar, writing the good things that have happened. Also feel free to read other people's evidence of positive events!

But I do want to say a very heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for putting up with a lot of changes in 2025, being understanding with the renovations, and for your continued support and kindness.
