Jennifer Friars graduated from the 2200-hour program with Honors through the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2011. She is registered through the Natural Health practitioners of Canada, can direct bill most insurance companies, and is currently certified to provide Relaxation, Therapeutic, Sports and Thai massage, As well as cupping in addition to reflexology, and Shockwave therapy. She has taken s

pecialized courses on the upper back and neck, on shoulder/rotator cuff dysfunctions, as well as on the low back and hip. She has learned key techniques that create balance and ease in the body, which fuels her aspiration to help each and every one of her clients to the best of her ability. Jennifer lives in Red Deer. She enjoys reading, baseball, volleyball, cross country skiing, camping and fishing during her spare time. Massage has been a passion of Jennifer’s since she was 16 years old. She has a fascination with muscles and the movements of the body. Jennifer’s clients often refer to her as personable, relatable and attentive to their needs. Her clients value her honesty, straight forwardness, attention to detail and the time she takes to teach clients how to understand the way their body works.
