Badenhorst and Dr. Lize Jones at Aesthetic Solutions will be assuming the Alberta Health Care covered acne treatment program from Laser and Skin Care Med Spa. All former patients of Dr. Bakken's are encouraged to call and book in with the Aesthetic Solutions reception team.

Reminder Effective June 1. As the clinic is closing on June 30 Dr. Bakken will no longer be billing to AHS. Cash visits only. Patients can submit receipts to AHS and extended health care plans if applicable for direct reimbursement.

Effective June 30, 2026 Laser and Skin Care Med Spa will be closed. Dr. Bakken after 48 years as a Physician is hanging up her stethoscope and taking time to enjoy life.

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, DR BAKKEN WILL NO LONGER BILL DIRECTLY TO ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES FOR PATIENT CARE.

All medical patient visits can be paid in cash and are GST exempt. Receipts will be provided. Patients can submit to AHC for reimbursement.
