People pleasing often starts as a survival skill—an attempt to stay safe, accepted, or loved. But over time, it can leave you exhausted, resentful, and disconnected from your own needs.

The hard truth?

The people who benefit most from your lack of boundaries may be the ones who struggle most when you finally create them.

You do not have to earn your worth through sacrifice.

You can be compassionate and still have limits.

You can be caring and still choose yourself.
