The sacrum is the base of our bodies, if it isn’t balanced the rest of our body has to compensate. In an osteopathic appointment that’s where we always start. History intake, Assessment and careful and gentle treatment to put everything in the right direction to heal themselves.

Sometimes the basics are overlooked but not in these treatments! Structure governs function.
