I’m not going to lie, I’ve been struggling a bit lately with the podcast. I’ve needed to find more daytime work to be able to podcast but then that cuts into my time and energy for podcasting, hence why I’m releasing episodes every other week instead of weekly. It tugs at my heart that I’m not able to produce more content and money. The more content I make then the more likely someone can get some kind of help from my guest’s experiences. However, a consistent pay cheque and more financial stability helps me mentally. Sometimes I wonder if it makes more sense to stop podcasting and just work but I think I know how that would end up. It’s a delicate balance I guess. ANYWAY! Once in a while I get a message or review that reminds me that people ARE listening and ARE hearing important messages from my guests, which lets me know to keep the podcast going! This is one of those reviews! Thank you for such a generous and sweet review!!💛 Please feel free to leave your own reviews, ratings or even ‘buy me a coffee’! Go to the linktree in my bio (Instagram) if so desired! Thanks again for all of the support from everyone!

So here I am with an incredible dude, Jeremy Evans .
One of my favourite part about hosting a podcast is connecting with people from all over the world. One of the strongest connections I’ve made with a guest is with Jeremy. His story is legendary, inspiring and harrowing.
Beyond that he is kind, patient, giving, funny and a great hugger!
I was lucky enough to meet him in person and have dinner last night. You know when you get with a friend you only see every ten years and within seconds it feels like you pick up@right where you left off? That’s what it was like last night, only we’ve never actually met!
Go check out his story, get his merch and support his cause!
