Four years ago, I took a leap of faith and started this journey into Thai massage. Today (and every day), I am extremely grateful for every client, referral, testimonial and every moment of support along the way!

What started as a let’s give this a shot has grown into a dream of mine focused on movement, recovery and helping people feel and move their best.

As we age, building strength and maintaining mobility becomes two of the best investments you can make for your health, ongoing independence and overall quality of life.

From getting up off the floor to staying active without pain, movement matters at every stage of life and becomes crucial in our 40s and on for both men and women.

The sooner you start, the easier it is to make both a part of your regular routine.

Mobility is one of those things people underestimate
until they lose it! Me included! I will admit I did not take my mobility seriously for many years then was forced to due to an injury.

It’s not just about being “flexible”. Mobility is so much more. It’s about how well our bodies move, the ability of our joints to move in a full controlled range of motion and the ability to stay pain free while doing daily activities.

If mobility is limited, our bodies start to compensate which can cause stiff muscles, limited range of motion and our risk of injury increases substantially especially if we are active and as we age.

Thai massage is an effective way to increase mobility—it can loosen things up faster than stretching alone—but lasting mobility comes from consistency and using the new range on a regular basis.

Of course I love to hear Lex feels better after her Thai massages but my favourite part is the improvement she has seen in her skin since using red light therapy.

After just 5 red light therapy treatments (mainly 15 min sessions), she has seen an improvement in her skin both in her cystic acne and psoriasis!

Excited for Lex to see and feel the benefits red light therapy provides.
