Canadian Mental Health Association, Regina Branch

Canadian Mental Health Association, Regina Branch CMHA Regina provides a wide range of services and supports to people who are experiencing mental illness. We are not a crisis response agency.

Mental illnesses can take many forms, just as physical illnesses do. Mental illnesses are still feared and misunderstood by many people, but the fear will disappear as people learn more about them. If you, or someone you know, has a mental illness, there is good news: all mental illnesses can be treated.

30 years of giving commitment. 30 years of giving back to the community. Congratulations to Scotiabank on their 30th Annual Scotiabank Charity Golf Classic! And what a gorgeous day it was yesterday! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Scotiabank for again choosing us as one of their charities to support.

CMHA Regina received a staggering $45,000! We are truly speechless and so grateful for the support of Scotiabank, staff, volunteers, and the community. Because of your generosity, people feel seen, supported, valued, youth have opportunities to thrive, and mental health continues to be prioritised. We are honoured to be part of your legacy and deeply grateful for the lasting impact you make in our community. 💙💚

National Indigenous Peoples Day is a time to recognize and celebrate the rich cultures, histories, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Canada. The Government of Canada chose June 21 in part because it coincides with the summer solstice, a time of cultural significance for many Indigenous communities.

Consider attending a local event, festival, performance, or gathering in your community. Indigenous-led events offer opportunities to gather, learn, connect, and strengthen understanding, respect, and community.
