Starting June 1st, 2026, there will be a slight adjustment to my pricing.

In an effort to keep up with industry standards while still offering the quality of care you expect, this small increase has become necessary.

My last price adjustment was in Jan 2022. Then in August 2024, I began charging GST, and I’ve done my best to hold off on any additional changes since then. This decision wasn’t made lightly—it allows me to continue providing high-quality treatments, investing in ongoing education, and ensuring each of you receives the time, care, and attention you deserve.

****A small change you may notice going forward is the structure of your treatment time.

Previously, your appointment time included consultation, hands-on treatment, aftercare, and payment and rebooking. Going forward, your booked time will now focus on consultation, hands-on treatment, and aftercare only. Payment/rebooking will take place outside of your scheduled treatment time. This change is being made to ensure you receive as much uninterrupted, hands-on table time as possible during your sessions.

If you’ve been thinking about booking, now is a great time to secure your current rate before the change takes effect. I highly recommend booking ahead to make sure you get the times that work best for you.

As the weather gets nicer, I will be taking more time off. It is best to plan, and book your appointments ahead of time.

I often get asked if you can come for a massage when pregnant.

YES! YES!

As long as you dont have any complications, you are more than ok to come for a massage.

There are various ways you can lay, to make you as comfortable as possible. I know that's easy to say when you're not 8.5 months pregnant.... 🙃

BUT, it is safe to continue with receiving regular massage treatments throughout your pregnancy
