It’s game day - let’s go Roughriders! 🏈💚

It has been an honour to be able to work with some of the professional athletes on the Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Team in the 2025 and 2026 seasons 🤲🏻📍⚡️

Growing up, I cheered for the Riders rain or shine with my family - and my family still proudly supports the Saskatchewan Roughriders by flying their flag and wearing their Rider gear even at CFL games out of province ✅

As a Kinesiology student majoring in Human Kinetics, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist of 12 years and a Contemporary Medical Acupuncturist - biomechanics and sport performance are what I love the most 🫶🏻 Being able to cheer for the team in person and watch in real-time how players perform on the field, and then help to support their athletic recovery in the clinic is a dream come true for my career path 💯
