Fresh Citrus Mineral Drink 🍊✨

Today’s mix:
• Fresh squeezed key limes
• Fresh oranges
• Pomegranate juice
• Cold water
• A pinch of mineral salt

Why add salt?
A tiny pinch of salt helps support hydration by replacing electrolytes your body loses through sweat, stress, heat, caffeine, and daily life. Combined with natural vitamin C and antioxidants from citrus and pomegranate, this becomes a simple homemade hydration drink without the artificial dyes or excess sugars found in many sports drinks.

Benefits of this blend:
• Vitamin C to support immune health
• Natural antioxidants from pomegranate
• Minerals + hydration support
• Gentle energy boost from natural fruit sugars
• Helps encourage better water intake

Simple recipe:
Juice:
• 2 key limes
• 1 orange
• Splash of pomegranate juice

Mix into:
• 16–24 oz cold water

Lilac Sugar 🌿

One of the easiest ways to preserve spring for your tea shelf, baking cabinet, or morning coffee ritual.

How to make it: • 1 cup white sugar
• ½–1 cup fresh lilac florets
• Clean dry jar

Remove lilac florets from all green stems.

Gently rinse if needed and pat completely dry.

Layer sugar and lilacs in a jar.

Seal and let sit 2–7 days, shaking gently daily.

Remove flowers once the sugar becomes fragrant.

Spread sugar out briefly to dry if needed before storing.

Best ways to use lilac sugar: • Stir into hot tea
• Add to lemonade or iced tea
• Sprinkle over berries or yogurt
• Use in shortbread, muffins, or scones
• Rim cocktail/mocktail glasses
• Add to whipped cream or frosting

Lilac flavor is delicate, floral, and lightly sweet — a little goes a long way.

Tip: Use florets only. Too much green stem can make the sugar bitter.

What Went Into My Tea This Morning ☕🌿

Lavender

Peppermint

Mullein

Hibiscus

Maternal Mental Health Awareness Day.

Being a mom isn't always easy but it's definitely worth it. On the days that it feels like it's too much. Please message me. Is it 2:00 in the morning and you just need to let it out. Message me. I may not have the answers but I can always listen and if you want resources I have what I would like to consider some of the best. I do also want to hear when you're a super mom and do the amazing things too!! Let's do this together.
