This past Sunday Dr. Annie and her racing team completed the Spartan race in Calabogie 💪🏻

It was a rainy Sunday but they persevered and completed the course together! Obstacles of the race included a barbed wire crawl, spear throw, rope climb, sandbag carry, plate drag, and scaling walls 👀

Some of our RFC team hit the course last Friday in support of the Douglas Lions Club! 🦁

We are so fortunate to be able to partake and support local fundraising tournaments such as this one.

Our team had an incredible time, and even picked up some prizes along the way for ladies closest to the pin, longest drive, and longest putt! 💪🏻

A week ago today, Dr. Bulger presented the Renfrew Family Chiropractic bursary to this year’s recipient, Jake Redmond, who will be attending St. Francis Xavier University for their Human Kinetics program in the fall ✨

We sponsor an annual bursary awarded to a student graduating from St. Joe’s High School who will be attending post-secondary school in a science program. We are so grateful to be able to contribute to our community in this way and to help support a deserving graduate in their future studies.

Congratulations to Jake and the rest of the SJHS graduating class! 🎉

Some of our RFC members were recently at yet another conference regarding pain and patient care!

Here they were exposed to new research regarding chronic pain, biological processes, pain science, and the importance of ongoing research to further understand what high value patient care includes.

They are very excited to apply these new skills and clinical pearls to their practice 💫
