Sharing some pics from our weekly A&D Mawita’nej group! It was a beautiful day yesterday kayaking on the river and we all really had a great time🤎🌿
Also sharing some pics from some of the past group outings & activities.
We went to Metepenagiag heritage park one week & got to see loosginigen made in the sand, we went to visit the sundance grounds on tree day, made vision boards & had an art therapy session.

We love to hear what our group would like to do next so if you’re interested in joining & got an idea, please come join us & share :)

The A&D team was away at a training last week so there was no group. We are back on for tomorrow, Wednesday, July 29 at 10am!
