20-20-20 Rule: Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. 👀

Screen Distance: Keep digital screens a minimum of 18 to 24 inches from eyes. 💻

Bedtime Routine: Cut off all digital screen usage one hour before sleep. 💤

Lighting: Ensure reading environments have soft, adequate light to prevent strain. 💡
