Quite literally better than pay day 😂!

To be able to have such gratitude and appreciation from my clients is the most amazing feeling, but it goes both ways!

I’m super grateful to these clients for putting their trust in me after having a bad experience with their previous Realtor who gave up on them in a tough sellers market.

As buyers my clients were discouraged to say the least. We met and discussed their goals, timeline, budget and wish list.

Together we were able to work hard to zero in on properties that fit their needs and were able to move quickly to see properties when they came up.

I can’t stress enough how much the process of buying and selling is a team effort. My clients job is to put their faith and trust in me and my job is to deliver and exceed their expectations!

Bittersweet that our journey is over but I can’t wait to do it again in a few years with you! 🤣

I am NOT a Salesperson.

I realize my official title along side “Realtor” is “Sales Respresentive” but I assure you, I am not.

What I am is a lover of homes and all things Real Estate related literally since 4th grade when I spent all my time drawing floor plans in class.

l loved homes and I loved moving. I loved spaces and always reorganizing and arranging my room.

In short I love my job and everything that it involves. This is what makes me a Realtor. Not every sale is quick, easy and 1074849944% over ask. It’s important to ask yourself if the Realtor you hire will be in it got the long haul and get it done when it ISN’T easy.

Also a reminder to those that think Real Estate is just putting up a sign and answering a few calls. It is so much more than that and sometimes it’s 7 months of hard work and the biggest reward is the smile on your clients faces in the end!
