🔹We offer our employees full time work, so they get lots of practice in the style of intervention we do on the job

🔸We take all new hires through our hands on, comprehensive training program designed by our senior clinicians and ensure they show competency at each step, rather than just going through the motions

🔹We have Senior Behaviour Interventionists who can provide a bridge of suppport with newer staff or new child pairings, and can cover sessions if there’s a short notice cancellation

🔸ESDM-certified behaviour analysts provide oversight to 20% of your child’s sessions in real time, and are always available for questions. When your interventionist needs support, they get it immediately - not weeks later at a team meeting

🔹Our employee culture initiatives mean our staff are happy, healthy, and thriving so they can bring their best to your child.
