I have an allergy to New Age f&%kery. If it’s vague, performing, avoidant, comfort-seeking, virtue-signalling, culty, mimicking the Empire and calling it something sexy, or asking you to override your own intelligence in the name of positivity, I just can’t do it.

So if a certain type describes me as difficult, unimpressed, critical, direct, inconvenient, unsentimental, or opinionated: that’s okay by me.

The most important thing I wanted to design into it was permission to go at your own pace, and to play. I am not interested in ‘healing’ or ‘pinterest witchcraft’, as neither healing nor witchcraft for that matter have a final destination. And how can five days promise that, anyway?
