One of my favourite things about summer is getting out, trying something new, and supporting the amazing small businesses right here in our local communities. ❤️
We started Sunday morning at Harper’s U Pick in Hillsborough, picking fresh raspberries. 🍓 There’s just something about enjoying fresh berries straight from the field that makes summer even sweeter!
Then, in the afternoon, we headed to Fox in the Park in Salisbury for some crafting with Loopy Wool. 🦊🧶 We had so much fun creating our little foxes while enjoying some local beers and good company. 🍻
A day filled with local, handmade, fresh, fun and lots of laughs — pretty hard to beat!
If you’re able, get out there and support a small business, local maker, farmer, brewery or shop. Every purchase, visit and share makes a difference. ❤️

As an aesthetician, my skincare routine doesn't stop when I leave the treatment room. One of the tools I regularly use at home is red light therapy. It's a simple, relaxing way to support healthy, radiant skin and has become a regular part of my self-care routine.
