Coming up this Sunday!
We are hosting a Sound Bath in the presence of our Mares.
Come rest on the Earth in a circle, in the presence of the mares.
The crystal singing bowls will fill the space with gentle resonant tones- vibrations you can hear and and feel. The Mares will hold space around you, safely outside of the circle.Feel their peaceful strength and calm as you rest and receive.
All around you, nature joins in- the songs of the songbirds, the calls of the ravens, the gentle breeze singing through the trees.
Sound, Earth, Nature, Stillness= Peaceful Reset

Come let yourself rest and receive.

The beautiful miss Red welcoming the first guests through the gate at our Mindfulness Circle last night.

It was another heart opening magical evening co-facilitated by Red, Maddie and Dorothy.

We hope you are all enjoying your long weekend as much as we are here.

August days around here look like a lot of relaxation, hanging out with good friends and enjoying the gifts from the land. Taira is especially grateful for the abundance of blackberries in the fields this year. Our gardens are producing an abundance of veggies this year. We’ll have a few goodies to share on Wednesday evening! Yum!

We have some exciting events coming up this month.
mindfulness with the Mares is coming up this Wednesday August 5 and again on the 19th.
Friday August 28 we are hosting a Soundbath in the presence of the Mares. Tickets are $35. Please book by aug 15 to hold your space. You won’t want to miss this special event!

We hope to see you on Wednesday evening at 6:30.

A little Yang Firehorse energy before the upcoming weather change yesterday.
As one of my mentors, Linda Kohanov, says, “Horses remind us to live in the Yin but know the Yang”.

Maddie may be 27 but she still sure loves to remind us that she was a successful barrel racer in her younger years.

Last night’s mindfulness circle felt like such a beautiful exhale for everyone.✨
Our circle was held in the most beautiful Light- as the setting sun illuminated the space, everything seemed to soften. The golden evening light, the soft presence of the mares, the sweet melody of the songbirds created a beautiful container of peace.

There is something so special about gathering in circle with these mares, in a peace filled sanctuary, gently guided to simply follow one’s breath, listening deeply and allowing yourself to simply be present.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night and added To the beautiful energy we all created together.

If your heart is craving a little pause, presence and connection, we’d love to invite you to join us for our next circle on Wednesday July 8 at 6:30.
