Our rain date for the Sound Bath (postponed from August 28) is on Sunday, September 13th. With the shorter days and cooler evenings we have changed the time to 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. We have a few spaces left. To register just reach out to me at [email protected]. The long term weather forecast is looking promising as of September 7th so keep crossing those fingers and toes and we'll see you there!

This is sure to be a juicy, nurturing, soul-filled retreat this October. As we head into fall and the introspection of winter, this workshop might be the perfect time for an energy tuning up and tuning in. A beautiful location and retreat space. Good morning everyone. Just an update we have had to cancel our Sound Bath experience scheduled for August 28th. We were all set up and raring to go but the weather forecast is too unpredictable with showers possibly landing anytime between 2 pm and 8 pm. 😞We will look for an alternate date for early September. Thank you for your patience.

You never know the difference you can make just by being you.

To impact just one other person’s life in a meaningful way is the greatest most valuable gift we can ever give to the world.

The rights words spoken or written, or the right action, or even just through being the most real, compassionate and genuine person possible, can be life altering for someone.

We often never know what kind of impact we have on others.

And for all its down-sides, the internet has given us a wondrous capacity to affect someone on the other side of the world who comes across something you’ve written or said, something that lands so deeply for them and can literally be that much needed lifeline to grab onto, so they can start to pull themselves up out of the hole they’re in.

Never underestimate how much of difference you can make to the world through simply being your most real self.

I know I’ve been utterly grateful to so many for gifting me just such a lifeline.

So cast your net and share your wisdom, it might just save someone's life…

I wanted to share this mindfulness moment from the amazing Horse Discovery in Millbrook, Ontario. You don't have to set aside 30 minutes in an already overstuffed schedule. Mindfulness can be found in simple moments, and in the pauses. To paraphrase mindfulness teacher Sean Fargo, "...willpower and long sittings are wonderful, but it's the small, repeatable moments that carry us. One conscious breath before we stand, a soft pause before we open the door. A two-minute practice we'll actually return to shapes us more than the perfect thirty-minute one we keep meaning to start. Consistency is gentler than intensity, and it's the gentle approach that usually lasts."

Here’s beautiful Red who has really stepped forward as co-facilitator of our mindfulness circles. This picture was taken after the “formal “ portion of the session was done. Red was still in the circle radiating that coherent energy. Thank you also to beautiful Maddie and the two-legged Sandra, Anne Marie, Val, Ren and Julia for bringing your presence ❤️
