Our hearts are heavy as we recognize the tremendous losses experienced within our policing community this week.

We honour those who dedicate their lives to serving and protecting our communities, both on and off duty, and we hold their families, friends, colleagues, and fellow first responders close in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.

Moments like these remind us just how important it is to check in on one another, to stay connected, and to make space for the conversations that aren’t always easy to have.

To our first responder community — please know that you are never alone. There is strength in reaching out, strength in connection, and strength in standing together.

Our deepest condolences to all those impacted by these losses. 🤍

PTSD can affect anyone, yet many people face it in silence.

This month, we recognize the strength of those living with PTSD and the importance of creating communities built on understanding, compassion, and support.

Awareness helps reduce stigma.
Understanding encourages connection.
Support helps healing happen.

Let’s continue to listen without judgment, learn from lived experiences, and remind those who are struggling that they are not alone.
