One of my patients commented that they came to see me for a sore body part, but are now noticing just how good they feel overall. This is one of the wonderful bonuses of acupuncture treatments.

One of the really nice things about acupuncture is that, while we are working on your main concern, many people notice improvements in other areas too.

This week, I have already treated people for:

- achy knees
- anxiety
- lower back pain
- stress

Each treatment is individualized because everyone is different.

Acupuncture can't reverse changes in the knee joint but it may help to reduce pain, improve movement and make your everyday activities more comfortable for you!

Acupuncture treatments focus on improving circulation, relieving pain, as well as looking at any underlying patterns in the body which might be contributing to the discomfort. Every treatment plan is individualized.

Have you been avoiding walks or stairs or gardening because of knee pain? Acupuncture might be something to consider as part of your self care.
