Ahh June 🌺🌻 - it’s a busy one, in such a good way. Outdoor activities, lake season, graduation, exams…

We think this June schedule is a perfect fit to a busy flow of life.

6am classes ✅ - set the alarm and kick start your movement and metabolism with some heat, strength, balance, and power.

9:30am ✅ - a Tuesday tradition - Warm Yin Yoga. Slow, mindful, meditative and impactful.

Evenings ✅✅- back to back on Wednesdays. 6pm Fitness, fun, and strength with Hannah at 6pm; and a new addition for a slower wind down to your day at 7:30 - Slow Sanctuary (calm presence, establish new movement patterns. Slow and intentional). Come for 1 or both Wednesday evening classes.
