Know anyone who could use some postpartum support? I just learned of this very helpful website that includes a sign-up calendar for a form of ‘meal train’ and other volunteer chores, plus a spot for parents to state their preferences re: visitors or gifts. It’s a free online service! And it looks like a great way for new parents to let others know how they can help out.

The site can also be used to help people navigate a variety of challenging life situations, including: loss/grief, illness, or old age.

I will be receiving some brochures from the company and will be happy to share them.

Yay, I've found a location from which to teach Hypnobabies classes in Corvallis Oregon. Please contact me directly if you are interested! There is one group class scheduled for this fall, starting November 17 2019. The 'start dates' for group classes in 2020 are: January 12; March 8; May 3; September 13, and November 8.
