💪 Reclaim Your Postpartum Recovery Journey 💪

Managing the whirlwind of new motherhood, sleepless nights, and fluctuating hormones can be overwhelming. I understand the challenges you face, but here's the thing—you can't neglect yourself in the process.

Postpartum recovery doesn't have to be a complex maze. In fact, I believe in starting with the basics, allowing you to build a solid foundation for your body's optimal function.
Let's begin with something as fundamental as your breath. Breathing is a natural instinct you've been doing since the day you were born, yet it's often taken for granted. During the last nine months (or more), you might have found yourself predominantly breathing into your chest. It's time to get back on track.

By strengthening the synergistic relationship between your diaphragm (through belly breathing) and your pelvic floor, we kick-start the process of restoring your body's functionality—especially when it comes to your core.

At Roots to Branches, we specialize in helping you establish a resilient foundation so that you can be your best self for both you and your precious baby, as well as your entire family. Ready to take the first step? Send me a DM and let's embark on this transformative journey together.

Have questions about your postpartum journey?

I have answers. 😉

Every new mother experiences something different postpartum, but I figured we’d take a moment to cover some of the most frequently asked questions…

🤔 Is it too late to rehab my core and pelvic floor after giving birth? No, it is never too late. Of course, you’ll see accelerated results earlier in postpartum. But your body responds to progressive overload whether you gave birth 6 weeks or 16 years ago.

🤔 Why did my b***y go flat after birth? Is this permanent? This can be a sign of pelvic floor or core dysfunction. Incorporate breathwork to build a healthy foundation

🤔 Should I wear a waist trainer in my first year postpartum? NO. When you wear a waist trainer it causes pressure on your diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles.

🤔 Is it common to p*e a little when I jump? Yes, but with the proper strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles, you can rebuild your strength and reduce or eliminate this issue.

Do you have another question? Ask in the comments below.
