It's been so busy since I got back from AB! After a day spent at the Kiwanis Nursing Home in Sussex today sharing hand & foot reflexology with the staff, I decided to take the evening off! And I'm so glad I did. My soul needed some time in nature just paddling and birdwatching ❤️🛶

Ticks are absolutely horrible in NB this year! 😳🌿
I’ve been seeing a lot of homemade tick spray recipes floating around using white vinegar, water, and essential oils. I’m curious — what’s your favourite recipe? Do you find it actually works if applied often?
Please share your tips and experiences! I have pets and kids I want to help protect this season 🐾👧🧒
