This is what your therapist practicing self compassion looks like. Taking ten minutes to put my feet up, stretch out on the gramma couch in the waiting room, and put a warm compress on my eye (apparently I now have dry eyes!)

Giving myself permission to slow down and take a beat…working on finding moments of ease and giving myself permission to receive.

Just wanna be transparent and let you know your psychologist works on applying the same skills to herself, that she talks to her clients about!

Once again, the Town of Langenburg is sponsoring FREE yoga classes in Centennial Park for July!
This week may be a bit soggy, so we’ll probably be located in the town hall instead, but we hope to get out in the sun soon!
This week’s class is Thursday at 7pm to accommodate the holiday, but then will be Wednesdays at 7pm in the park. Classes are open to all levels, and we look forward to seeing you on the mat 🙏🏼

I got to have a quiet evening with the house last night. Moving from room to room, tidying and arranging things just so. In preparation for sharing this special space with our community. Felt really nice to have some special time, just the two of us. 💛

Celebrating Jenny and all of the wisdom, care, and support she has brought to my life. I know she will be shy about receiving public attention in this way, but I want to sing her praises and thank her for being such an essential part of my expansion, both personally and professionally.

Seeing Jenny for Reiki has always reminded me of my path, and helped me connect to my purpose and gifts. She’s been a quiet and steady pillar and a beloved member of our team over the past few years.

I feel privileged to have watched her grow and gain insight into her own purpose and gifts while working under our roof. 🏡

I’m very proud of Jenny for listening to her inner guide and trusting herself to take this next big step into her very own practice, Divini-T Holistics, just down the road from Parkland Psychology. I can’t wait to book my own appointment w her and see all the beautiful goods she will be offering, alongside her services. ✨✨✨

And while it’s bittersweet to have her “fly the nest” so to speak, I have every confidence that we will be in each other’s lives for many years to come, cheering each other on. Love you, sweet Jenny! 🩷
