“Red Rover, Red Rover, send somebody over… and then let them spend the next 30 years wondering why their shoulders hurt. 😂 Many shoulder restrictions can be traced back to old injuries, sports, falls, or repetitive movements that the body compensated for over time. Massage can help restore mobility, reduce tension, and remind your shoulders what relaxed feels like.” Your shoulders have been working hard for decades. They deserve a little Karmaste. 💙 😄

A new year is a gentle invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. At Karmaste Massage & Wellness, we believe true healing happens when the body feels safe, supported, and heard.

May this year be one of softer shoulders, calmer minds, and deeper self-care. ✨

✨ Start the year by caring for yourself ✨
book your session and give your body the reset it’s been asking for.

✨ Today marks 5 years of Karmaste Massage and Wellness! ✨

I can hardly believe it’s been five years since this dream became reality. What an incredible journey it’s been, filled with amazing clients, growth, and so much gratitude. 💆‍♀️💫

To celebrate, we’re hosting an Open House today! 🎉
Come on down, say hi, check out the space, and enjoy some mini sessions, treats, and giveaways.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me and Karmaste over the years. I truly couldn’t have done it without you. 💖
