For Whitecourt friends: Trish is an amazing therapist who is new to Whitecourt taking new clients!

👋Welcome Trish!!👋

Trish began her journey in massage therapy when she was 16 years old. During a 28 day/290km hiking and canoe trip she was massaging her fellow hikers every night and ended up having a line up outside her tent. She went on to complete the advanced program at PIMT, earning both her Massage Therapy and Sports diplomas in 2005, and later served and continues to serve on the NHPC Board of Directors (including Leadership Chair and President).

Passionate about ongoing learning, Trish has trained in IASTM with Dr. Vizniak, Waslaski techniques, cupping, and intraoral massage-tools that transformed her approach and continue to elevate her clients' results. She's developed her own techniques, mentored other therapists, and volunteered at 17+ athletic events each year, including strongman competitions, roller derby, Highland Games, and work with international athletes.

Trish believes massage therapy is about listening to the body and tissues-not pushing through pain-and using physiology to help the body function better. From chronic pain and arthritis to jaw issues, migraines, and athletic recovery, she loves helping people rediscover what their bodies are capable of.

We are absolutely blessed to have such a skilled individual working in our clinic!

As I finish up my last week in Whitecourt, I just want to take a moment to say how deeply grateful I am for all of my amazing clients. You have truly been more than clients — you’ve become friends, supporters, and an incredible community that carried me through one of the toughest and most challenging years of my life. 💛

I will always cherish the connections and memories made here, and I am so thankful for the trust you’ve given me over the years.

With confidence, it is now time to pass the torch to Makayla — and I know you are all in the very best hands with her. 🌿

There will be a new page for Lux Massage, and this page will soon be changing over to reflect my new business located in St. Albert. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.
