🍋🌿 A little ritual of care before today’s sessions.
I love offering simple touches that help clients slow down and arrive—like fresh lemon and rosemary infused water.

Taking a moment to hydrate, breathe, and settle into the space can be a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t have to be rushed.

Sometimes nervous system support begins long before the treatment starts. It begins with feeling welcomed, cared for, and present.

What small rituals help you feel grounded? ✨

A return to the heart 🤍

In Lomi Lomi, touch is offered with presence, compassion, and aloha. This heart-centred sequence is an invitation to soften the shoulders, open the breath, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.

A moment to receive. A moment to soften. A moment to simply be.

As someone living with MS and working as a massage therapist, I’ve learned that our bodies often whisper before they shout.

Stress doesn’t only affect our minds—it can influence how we breathe, move, sleep, and connect with ourselves.

Rest doesn’t have to look like doing nothing. It might look like taking a walk, breathing deeply, receiving bodywork, dancing, spending time in nature, or simply giving yourself permission to pause.

✨ Your body isn’t working against you. It’s always trying to protect you.

CranioSacral Therapy is one of my favourite ways to support the nervous system. Using gentle touch, I listen to areas of tension, restriction, and holding patterns within the body, creating space for the tissues and nervous system to soften and self-correct. It’s subtle work, but often leads to profound feelings of relaxation, grounding, and ease. 🌿💜
