Patient Communication & Update Policy

At Soul Reflexions, we believe that healing is a journey, and we are honored to be part of yours. We are committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care to every patient; and to ensure we can give each person the time and attention they deserve, we have established the following communication guidelines.

Unless your practitioner has specifically asked you to provide updates between appointments, we kindly ask that you keep a simple record of your symptoms, improvements, questions, or any changes you notice until your next scheduled visit. Reviewing your progress together during your appointment allows us to look at your health as a whole, recognize patterns, and make the most appropriate adjustments to your care plan.

If you experience a significant change in your health, have an urgent concern, or feel you need support before your next appointment, please don't hesitate to contact our clinic. We will be happy to discuss your situation and determine whether an earlier appointment or reassessment would be beneficial. Please note that consultations or support provided outside of your scheduled appointments may be subject to additional fees.

Case Spotlight: Pulsatilla - Inducing Labour & Delivery

Every birth story is unique and and so is homeopathy! It's always individualized to the person—not just the condition.

In this recent case I took, Pulsatilla was selected based on the mother's specific symptoms and overall presentation. A very kind, sweet woman who at all costs wanted to avoid the induction that would come at the end of the week if baby hadn't arrived by then.

Following the instructions given, contractions started pretty soon after - although mild and not painful at all. Over the course of 6 hours I checked in to see how things were progressing and reassessed each time. By the end of day, contractions were coming in groups and then things would be calm again. By evening I mentioned to Mom she should try and get some rest as tomorrow may be a busy day.

A healthy baby was born in the middle of the night and both Mom and baby are doing well!! 🩷 From start to delivery this incredible Mom welcomed her healthy baby in under 12 hours.
