My last day in the clinic before maternity leave will be ✨July 4 ✨

I’m so grateful for all of you and the space we’ve created together. I’ll be taking this time in the summer to really soak in the next chapter and will share updates along the way.

✨ Why I Focus on the Nervous System ✨

In clinic, I rarely look at symptoms in isolation anymore.

Whether someone comes in for hormone imbalance, painful periods, digestive issues, headaches, jaw tension, or chronic upper back tightness… I’m almost always assessing their nervous system first. If the body is stuck in fight-or-flight, it cannot prioritize healing.

When we’re in a prolonged sympathetic state (stress response), we often see:
• increased muscle guarding
• shallow breathing patterns
• poor sleep quality
• digestive disruption
• blood sugar instability
• heightened pain sensitivity

That heavy, grounded and melty feeling after treatment is a great indication that your nervous system has relaxed. 🤍

A new soul has chosen us 🤍

Mitch and I are so excited to share that we’re expecting a baby later this year. It still feels surreal to say out loud. This season has already been stretching my heart in the most beautiful ways, and we feel incredibly grateful.

Because so many of you are not just patients but truly part of my community, I wanted to share a little update about the months ahead. I’ll be planning to begin my maternity leave sometime in July, depending on how I’m feeling as we get closer.

I’m planning to take anywhere from 4-5 months off after baby arrives to be present with our lil fam. After that, I’ll be easing back in part time.

As with all things birth and babies, timelines may shift along the way, but I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated as we move through this next chapter.

In the meantime, the other incredible practitioners at Renew will be more than happy to continue your care while I am away. I’ll make sure transitions feel smooth and supported.

There’s a certain magic that happens when I’m holding space for someone on the table. I’ve watched pain melt away, emotions finally find their release, and people reconnect with a part of themselves they thought they’d lost. The transformations I get to witness daily reminds me why I love this work so deeply. A dance between the seen and unseen.🤍

Everything that has an atomic structure has a vibration. The speed or rate at which it is vibrating is called a frequency. The most ideal frequency for an object to naturally vibrate is called its resonance. Every cell, organ, and bone in our body has its unique resonant vibrational frequency.
