Some loves are hard to put into words, because no amount of words could ever truly capture how deeply they are felt. 🤍

To be loved by a man who stands beside me, believes in me, supports my dreams, and walks through every season of life with me is something I will never take for granted.

It’s in the little moments, the quiet understanding, the laughter, the unwavering support, and the beautiful life we continue to build together.

There is something so extraordinary about finding a love that feels like both an adventure and a place to call home. A love that gives you the freedom to grow, while never leaving you to grow alone.

And if I had to do this life a thousand times over, I would still find my way to you.

Endlessly grateful for you. For us. For a love like ours. 🤍

Your thoughts become the place you live.

So choose carefully what gets to stay there. 🤍

More movement. More gratitude. More protecting my energy. More choosing the life I actually want to be living.

Maybe October doesn’t need to be about doing more.

Maybe it’s about coming back to yourself. 🍂

Taking care of yourself.
Trusting yourself.
Believing in yourself.
Choosing what feels good for you.
Protecting your energy without feeling guilty about it.
Making time for the things that make you feel alive.

We spend so much of our lives showing up for everyone else, keeping up, comparing, proving, pushing…

What if this month, we put some of that energy back into ourselves?

Not because we need to become someone new.

But because maybe the person we’ve been neglecting lately is the person looking back at us in the mirror.

So here’s your October reminder:

Take care of her.
Root for her.
Make time for her.
Trust her.
And let her take up a little more space. 🖤

This month, choose yourself too.

Hello, October. 🎃🍁

The life you live begins with the way you speak to yourself. 🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much of our experience is shaped by what’s happening inside of us.

The thoughts we repeat.
The stories we believe.
The energy we carry into a room.
The way we choose to see ourselves, other people, and the life unfolding around us.

And I don’t believe positivity means pretending everything is beautiful.

Some seasons hurt.
Some days are heavy.
Some things break us open in ways we never would have chosen.

But somewhere along the way, I’ve learned that I still get to decide what I do with it.

I can keep feeding the thoughts that make me smaller…
or I can begin choosing the ones that bring me back to myself.

I can notice what’s missing, or become deeply grateful for what is already here.

I can wait for life to feel good before I allow myself to feel joy…
or I can start looking for the tiny pieces of it that have been there all along.

Maybe that’s the real shift.

Not creating a perfect life.
Not forcing ourselves to “think positive.”

But becoming more intentional about what we allow to take root inside of us.

Because what we water grows.

And when you start looking at yourself and your life with a little more love, gratitude and possibility…

the world around you starts to look different too. 🤍

Protect your thoughts.
Speak kindly to yourself.
Look for the good.

There is more of it than you think.

She’s allowed to be all of it.

Soft and strong.
Confident and uncertain.
Disciplined and tired.
Independent and still needing people.
A work in progress and already enough.

I think one of the most beautiful parts of getting older has been realizing I don’t have to choose one version of myself.

I can be the woman who pushes herself hard and the woman who knows when she needs softness.
I can want more for my life while still being grateful for the life I have.
I can outgrow things, change my mind, start again, take up space, fall apart a little, pull myself back together and keep becoming.

There isn’t one version of me I’m trying to finally arrive at anymore.

She’s already here.
In every version.
And she’s enough. 🖤

Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming. But no longer waiting to feel worthy.

Teaching Barre: where I tell you “just a little lower”… and then somehow we stay there for another 30 seconds. 😂🔥

Tiny movements. Shaking legs. That moment when everyone in the room starts questioning why they willingly signed up for this.

But here’s the thing—I’m not making you pulse just for the sake of making it burn.

There’s intention behind the challenge.

Barre gives us an opportunity to build muscular endurance, challenge stability and control, work through different ranges of motion, and become more aware of how we’re moving—not just whether we can get through it.

And yes… sometimes that means staying in the uncomfortable part a little longer.

Because one of my favourite things about teaching Barre isn’t actually the shaking legs.

It’s watching someone realize:

“Wait. I CAN do this.”

Maybe you take the option you didn’t think you could take.
Maybe you hold on for four more counts.
Maybe your form is stronger than it was a month ago.
Maybe today you listen to your body and choose the modification instead.

That’s all progress.

I want my classes to challenge you—but never just for the sake of being hard. We challenge ourselves with purpose. We move with intention. And we learn what our bodies are capable of along the way.

Small movements. Big effort. A whole lot of shaking. 🔥

And probably me saying “8 more!” when we all know perfectly well there are more than 8 coming. 😏

There is something about fall that always feels like permission to change. 🍂

Maybe it’s watching everything around us shift so beautifully without fighting it.

The leaves change colour.
The air gets cooler.
What has finished its season simply lets go.

And somehow, we get to do the same.

Let go of what no longer fits.
Make room for something new.
Change our routines, our direction, our priorities, or maybe just the way we see ourselves.

I think I’m learning that growth doesn’t always have to look like adding more.

Sometimes it looks like releasing.

Sometimes it looks like becoming a little quieter, a little more grounded, and a little more certain about what you want to carry into the next season.

And apparently, for me, it also looks like wearing every possible shade of rich brown. 🤎

Fall, I’m ready for you.

Asked ChatGPT to send me back to the 80s & 90s… and apparently I’m still very much vibing with the 90s. 😂

The high-waisted jeans, oversized flannel, sneakers, big hair… honestly, I’d wear this now.

Maybe I was meant for the 90s. ✌🏼

Which era wins — 80s or 90s?
