To trainers: do you sometimes have a client you constantly have to work around because of a limitation or “weakness” that just doesn’t change?
Every time you load a movement, something comes back.
You change the exercise.
You adjust the range of motion.
You modify the load or the position.
You’re still able to keep training them.
But you also know you’re training around something you haven’t been able to move forward.
That’s exactly where my work can become useful to you.
I’m currently looking to connect with a few trainers who like working collaboratively.
Not to interfere with your programming.
Rather, to work on what may be preventing your client from fully expressing what you’re already trying to develop with them.
You develop their capacity.
I work on what may be preventing them from accessing it.
And I’d like that exchange to work both ways.
I’m not looking for one trainer to send everyone to.
If you specialize in weight loss, performance, hypertrophy, general fitness, return to movement, or something else, I want to understand what you’re genuinely excellent at.
That way, when one of my clients is looking for exactly what you do, I also know who to refer them to.
The idea is simple:
to better understand your work, introduce you to mine, and see whether our areas of expertise can help certain people move further.
If this way of collaborating speaks to you, send me a message.
