Join myself and Soul Tribe Studio Yoga & Wellness (Courtney) as we take you through a journey for the body and mind!

Beyond grateful for last night’s powerful gathering!

Vibrational upgrade 7.0 was a huge success and I truly feel every single soul in attendance received a healing that they needed here in the 3D realm. I’m so glad the frequencies from the crystal bowls (and other sounds) allowed for such an enlightening journey for you all.

The combined conscious energy and intention of everyone last night was very very powerful. Still buzzing today!🫨🤩✨
