is that humans, were meant to walk bare feet. You may very well be walking on the solution to many of your ailments. In our humble beginnings as Reflexologist, we have found that there is an important cycle that is being neglected by our continual use of footwear. If you are fortunate enough to live nearby, we are here to simulate the beneficial effects of going shoeless by means of a Reflexology session. You can't see the lines on your feet as depicted in my image, but they're there.๐Ÿ˜†

Just like the lines on a map which navigators still rely on to travel the world, these imaginary lines on your feet assist reflexologists to โ€˜map outโ€™ your feet and locate the reflexes.

These transverse lines divide your feet into transverse zones which match the areas of the body like this โ€ฆ

Above Shoulder Line: The toes correspond to everything above the shoulder line on the body - head, neck, jaw, sinus, eyes, ears, Eustachian tubes, teeth.

Shoulder Line to Diaphragm Line: The ball of the feet corresponds to everything from the shoulder down to diaphragm on the body - ribs, lungs, heart, shoulders, chest, breasts.

Diaphragm line to Waist Line: The upper portion of the arch of the foot corresponds to everything from the diaphragm to the waist line on the body - liver, gallbladder, stomach, pancreas, spleen, kidneys.

Waist Line to Pelvic Line: The lower portion of the arch corresponds to everything from the waist to pelvic floor on the body - abdominal organs, large and small intestine, ureter, bladder, internal reproductive organs.

Pelvic line to back of heel: The entire heel area corresponds to the buttocks, lower back, and hip areas of the body. With all the muscles etc included.

Itโ€™s pretty cool isnโ€™t it!!

If you would like a completely quiet Reflexology session just request โ€œThe Silent Treatmentโ€ when booking. We welcome people with social anxiety, introverted personalities and someone who just wants some peace.
