The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of excitement and we have some big news to share!

Have you ever heard of a massage story?
Sometimes, children don't want to engage with massage therapy in the traditional, lying-down way—and that is completely okay. We adapt.
In practice, this might look like having a child sit comfortably while I position myself to the side or behind them, ensuring I can easily see their face and gauge their reactions. Together, we co-create a story on their back, arms, hands, or feet. We might narrate a favorite animal going on a grand adventure, or pretend to be chefs preparing their favorite meal, translating the plot into therapeutic massage techniques using our imaginations.
Pediatric massage is all about meeting children exactly where they feel safest and most comfortable, ensuring that positive, therapeutic touch becomes a meaningful part of their story.

Think pediatric massage is just a "mini" version of an adult session? Think again!

In this space, the child is the boss. Period. Pediatric massage is built on autonomy, consent, and comfort. I don’t just "do" a massage; I collaborate with your child to make sure they feel safe, heard, and empowered.

From choosing the music to deciding which fidget toy to hold, every step is a lesson in body positivity and self-advocacy.

✅ Choice of lighting, music, and pressure
✅ Shorter sessions tailored to their attention span
✅ Toys and comfort items are always welcome
Helping kids understand they have a voice when it comes to their body is the greatest gift we can give.

A Note to Parents: It is perfectly okay if your child wants to stop early or chooses to only have their hands or feet worked on. By supporting their choices today, we are teaching them that their voice matters.
