Last week I had the great opportunity to go to the national chiropractic convention, which is being held in Halifax, where we got to learn lots of cool techniques and just a really great refresher on some of the things that we already do. Some of the highlights were some adjustments to use on Pediatric and sports and also some cool TMJ stuff.

Ok I’m not going to post everyday about this but after the first day my arms were not sore so I decided to do 20 full push ups fallowed by push ups on my knees then today I did 30 by next week I’m hoping 40. It’s amazing how quick our bodies can respond if we just put in the work.
