Well another year closes for my favorite place to play I played my last set of the season yesterday and there were allot of wonderful moments that day aside from the cold fingers on steal strings in the early morning but I wouldn't change it for the world to be there. As I finished my set I felt very thankful for this year and what more could I ask for on a Canadian Thanksgiving weekend ( so to all my Canadian folks a happy Thanksgiving to you) anyways.
Pigeons were around me and the children with eyes of wonder dancing about and swaying when I played a beat on this lovely instrument ( the harp guitar) I have had many people stop this season and many ask what it was I was playing some impatient to know, other waited until I finished a piece of music. I had many videos and photos taken, some I have seen and some I may never see just like every season before. But I am thankful for this year. Last year was the first full season the market was open and sadly as fall approached last year the music stopped. This year though marked a full season I played from Mothers day weekend until Thanksgiving weekend just like the 5 years before (not including last year) . I was so great to feel like part of a community again with all sorts of cultural backgrounds of the vendors whether food of art or whatever it was they were working to sell on that day. Anyways I could talk on and on about this place for days of the experiences held here and the music sometimes on the spot I created in those past year.

Finally the first post in awhile. Allot has changed and allot of time has been needed to heal and to grow. This past Sunday I got to play for this event. So thank you to for reaching out to me and for snapping this photo and thank you to the wonderful folks who hosted this event along side her.

This is the first capture of me playing live since the beard came off allot of new growth and learning to love myself however I look beard or not etc.

On a side note there is allot to come, hopefully more music, and I am working to put together meditation, breathwork and ta**ra events in green spaces soon. FYI I needed to take a step back for personal reasons that shall for now be untold, and also to really understand for myself how I want to go about what I have learned and where I can also one day blend my music within these wonderful practices that have helped me grow as a person from within.

The other is I lost interest in social media and felt disconnected more than ever and the longer I stopped posting the less likely I was to post. And at a time where we may seem more connected than ever and we are all people searching for our place in this world we are feeling more alone than ever and lacking the true human to human interaction, that face to face experience live and infront of one another.

And finally to not get to deep in this post you can find me tomorrow at 10am creating soundscapes
