Come try a STEP IT class , with 2 classes this week , Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm!.
A fun way to move your body and get a combination of cardio and strength!
We also have many opportunities for you to to lift weights...New ? Want to learn? All of our strength classes are geared towards begginer...and if you have been strength training for a while, you know that the only thing thay changes is the weight you lift !
*you will notice a decrease in spin and kickboxing on the schedule, at the moment we do not have instructor availability, but will be working on adding a lunch time spin class !
