Mom’s group updates!

Our LLB in person group is full! However, I am accepting sign ups for a wait list for those still interested (also happy to hear suggestions for additional times to make the group work for those interested)

This group is perfect for those who haven’t been able to attend one of my mom’s therapy groups before due to lack of childcare for older kids!

Super excited to advertise TWO new moms therapy support groups running soon!! 😊

I always love our Mom’s therapy group and the amazing community it creates- and I’m excited to offer the same group at our LLB office, as well as a virtual option to make the group more accessible!

This group is geared towards moms with babies between 0-2 (does NOT have to be your first baby). Where you can show up to a judgement free zone, connect with other women who are in similar stages of life, make connections, seek and provide advice, build community, all while receiving the benefits of therapy.

The group is covered by benefits with select providers- and if the cost is an issue, message me, and we can figure it out!

Breena is in the final stretch of completing her Master’s degree and has been such a thoughtful & compassionate presence in the therapy room. She brings curiosity, warmth, and a grounded approach to her work with clients.
She is closely supervised by an amazing registered psychologist, which means clients receive high-quality care with the added benefit of collaborative oversight.

MAMAS GOT MUSCLES !!

It's crazy for me to think about all the past postpartum mama's in this original group, how they have grown , their babies now in school or daycare . And one of our own mama's from these classes will be leading her very own group!

This is one I am passionate for , maternity leave , stay at home mom, shift work mom with free daytime looking to connect and get their kids out to play with others while they get in a feel good workout!

Did you know that excercise can significantly decrease the chances of developing and also improve postpartum depression!?
Back that with building a community of mama's going through similar territory having discussions, sharing stories and just that connection ...this is Power House .

Work to your own level , if this is all new to you we will help you choose appropriate weight to build strength through consistency and build back those core muscles.

Our newest instructor Renee Miller , mother of two on a maternity leave will be our Thursdays class trainer ! Her passion for health and wellness is one to be admired and backed with a Personal training certification and a Postpartum excercise certification, she is the perfect fit!
