✨Friday Feature✨ Stephanie Stevens, Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness
This week, the Downtown Saint Stephen BIA is proud to feature Bone Physio & Wellness.
Stephanie Stevens grew up in Saint Stephen, and while her education and career took her away for a time, she returned home in 2011 and opened Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness in 2013.
Guided by the mission Embodied. Empowered. Enlightened., Bone Physio was founded on the belief that the whole community benefits when we take the time to care for ourselves and each other. Stephanie believes that when a person feels truly seen, heard, and held, real and meaningful healing becomes possible. She has built a practice that honors both the evidence base and science of the body while embracing the wisdom of the mind-body-spirit connection, a place intentionally designed to hold space for people through their pain, their healing, and their hardest days, so they can come out the other side feeling lighter, empowered, and more at home in their own bodies.
✨The clinic team includes physiotherapists Stephanie Stevens, Megan Haley, and Ashley Grant-MacDonald who is on maternity leave, with front desk Office Manager Allison Sewell greeting you with a smile. Bone Physio also collaborates with Laura Rigby of Rigby Osteopathy, nutrition coach Sara Ross of Simply for Life, yoga instructors Stephanie Walsh-Rigby and Stephanie Stevens, and will soon be welcoming breathwork sessions with Stephanie Fiala.✨
📍Find them at 166 Milltown Boulevard and let the team at Bone Physio & Wellness guide you on your wellness journey.
