🩼 Schedule is closed for the week! 🩼

I was preparing to head to the hospital for their wellness week to volunteer and provide Reflexology treatments to the staff when I noticed the green box. I thought I would take it to the curb to help the hubby out. I took a step off the curb at the wrong angle and hurt a snap, felt a searing hot pain, and my vision went white.

I had to cancel my appointments for wellness week, but still headed to the hospital for an x-ray. They had a good laugh at the irony of how it played out and got me home in record time. 🤦

A fibular avulsion fracture caused my ligament no longer wanting to be attached to the bone. A new pair of crutches and boot later, I need to rest.
