Join us for some great discussion about reducing the stigma, and learn skills for effective intervention when helping people who are in crisis or whose mental well-being is declining. We discuss anxiety, depression, su***de, bipolar disorder, substance use, and psychosis.

All participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
