I’m personally not someone who loves a long nighttime routine or double cleansing, because life is already busy enough. That’s why I especially love this one. It quickly and easily melts away makeup, SPF, and buildup but still leaves your skin feeling soft, balanced, and never tight. Such a beautiful option for normal to dry skin. This has become my little skincare mantra lately:
just cleanse.

On the nights where I’m exhausted on the couch and can’t even imagine brushing my teeth, doing full skincare, and all the before-bed things, I tell myself to just cleanse.

Because once I do that, the rest usually feels easy. Maybe I’ll add a serum, maybe I won’t, but I know once I start, it’s easy to add a moisturizer too.

But I give myself permission to keep it simple if I need to.

And that’s the secret to how I never miss a day. Cleansing and moisturizing every single day will create better results than random days of 10 step routines.

Consistency > Perfection.

Most people think the answer is stronger…stronger peels, stronger retinol, stronger everything.

But when you jump straight to aggressive treatments, you actually weaken your skin barrier.

And when your barrier becomes compromised, you will actually get more sensitivity, breakouts, pigmentation, and less glow.

So then, you think you need even more to fix it. And the cycle continues.

Instead…focus on building your skin first.

Support your barrier, keep things consistent, and then layer in results-driven treatments the right way.

Long-term, real results don’t come from going harder with aggressive skincare, they come from consistency, which means having a plan that you, and your skin can actually handle ✨
