Central Community Health Centre (CCHC) is looking for a compassionate, patient and non-judgmental RPN to join our interdisciplinary primary care team!

This role combines primary care nursing with mental health and addictions support, community outreach, harm reduction services, needle exchange and addiction treatment, including Sublocade injections.

We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, builds trusting relationships and understands the importance of meeting individuals where they are, especially during challenging times in their lives.

💙 **Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week**

💰 **$28.55–$30.90/hour**

Join us at Central Community Health Centre for a FREE naloxone training session designed for anyone who wants to learn how to help in an emergency.

No previous knowledge or experience is needed! Learn how to recognize an opioid overdose, administer naloxone, and respond with confidence. Participants will receive a FREE naloxone kit to take home!
